Some personal stuff about Terry

"He's our Dad, and we love him!"

- Cameron (age 17) Monique (age 15) Dennis (age 13)

    Stevie-Mish (age 11) and Cassandra (age 8).

Terry is happily married to his beautiful wife Heather and they live wonderfully together with their five children. Terry has been married for over 20 years to Heather who was, and still is, his childhood sweetheart. Together they traveled and backpacked the world, through New Guinea, South-East Asia, China, Japan, Europe and around Australia. The last traveling adventure on a 1100cc Suzuki motorbike before settling down to start a family. With the continued support of Heather, Terry has created many start up businesses. Some incredibly successful, others not so! All, however, fantastic learning experiences.

After having children they settled and bought a house in a sleepy bay south of Perth Western Australia. Terry is a vegetarian, a self confessed health nut and a passionate life-long learner. He lives there with his dog 'Pilot', 'Basil' the parrot, Guinea-pigs, chickens and a small worm farm. His wife, Heather, home-schools four of their five children (the oldest is now preparing for university and excelling at school).

Without question his greatest passion is his family.

Terry also works with a close friend and colleague, Steve Wells, more about their joint programs can be found at www.execedge.com.au

Terry believes that the skills to building great family values are transferable to business life; that is, make everyone feel special, value everyone's contribution and always remember you can't do it alone.
